RETURN POLICY

la Lovies default shipper is USPS. Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents and the condition of the package. We will issue refunds in the event of a damaged package or a shipment that does not conform to the order. If you receive a damaged package or incorrect order, you must contact la Lovie by email within a maximum of 3 days.  We will ask you to email us documentation of the damage or defect.

Returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original packaging if not damaged) using a trackable or insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. When you return the shipment, you must email us the tracking number.

Once your return arrives at la Lovie, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the return merchandise; you will be notified via email (the email address listed on your account) once this transaction has taken place. By purchasing from la Lovie, you agree to la Lovie’s shop return/refund/shipping policies.

REFUND POLICY

ALL ORDERS are final — I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. la Lovie will issue refunds only if the product sent is not the one ordered or is defective.

If your order is damaged during shipment, please take photos to document the damage, and save all of the packaging until USPS is able to conduct an evaluation. If the package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we are able to file a claim on your behalf.
